Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. The more relaxed and grounded you are, the more open and aligned the session will be.

🧠 Come With an Open Mind — and Heart

Approach the reading with curiosity, not expectation. Spirit communicates in ways that may be symbolic, emotional, or unexpected — trust the process and allow it to unfold naturally.

🗣️ Less Is More

When asking about someone in spirit, please only provide their first name or just what you called them and your connection to them (e.g., friend, parent, child). You can give Jennifer as many names and connections as she will do the rest. Every medium works differently, and Jennifer works with names, but you can also see who comes in. If you have a question about a topic, such as a relationship, say, “I have a relationship question,” and allow Jennifer to tune in first. The less you share upfront, the more evident and validating the session can be.

While you don’t need to share them right away, it’s helpful to come prepared with a few questions or topics in mind. After the initial connection, you’ll have the opportunity to ask specific questions.

What is the price exchange for Jennifer’s readings?
Jennifer offers a range of intuitive services tailored to individuals, couples, and groups. Prices begin at $350 for a private Psychic or Mediumship session and go up to $900 for a two-hour Wine & Spirits group reading for up to seven people.

Jennifer works with clients all over the world. For international appointments, Zoom is the preferred method, with WhatsApp available for phone calls if needed.
If you’re unable to meet in person, please ensure you have Zoom set up prior to your session. A Zoom link will be provided in your confirmation or sent before your appointment time.

If using WhatsApp for a phone session, please message ahead of time so Jennifer can confirm the contact.

Jennifer currently offers recordings for Zoom appointments and encourages all clients to record their sessions, whether it’s held in person, over the phone, or via Zoom, if they are able to.

You may pay through PayPal using your PayPal balance or a credit card. You do not need a PayPal account — you can check out as a guest. Please review the Services & Terms below before booking your appointment.

Please note: Your credit card statement will show a charge from One Beautiful Chaos, the name of Jennifer Shaffer’s company.

All appointments are scheduled in Pacific Time. It is the client’s responsibility to attend at the scheduled time.

🔁 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment through the booking system if it’s more than 48 hours in advance. If changes are needed within 48 hours, please email Heather@JenniferShaffer.com. Last-minute requests are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture.

❌ Cancellations

Refunds are not automatic. If you cancel with proper notice, you must email Heather@JenniferShaffer.com to request one. PayPal’s processing fee will be deducted. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

🚫 No-Show Policy

Missing your appointment without notice forfeits your session and makes you ineligible for a refund or rescheduling.

🔄 No Reading Substitutions

Readings cannot be exchanged, transferred, or applied to other services.
Each session is a separate purchase.

In-Person Readings
Offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays at her private office.

Phone & Zoom Readings
Available seven days a week, though openings are currently limited due to Jennifer’s private events and ongoing television projects.

Since her schedule may shift, we recommend booking the first available appointment and checking back regularly, as earlier times often become available.
